Beginner classes are an introduction to the basic movements of belly dance, with emphasis on technique, combination steps, identifying and dancing to the various Middle Eastern rhythms, finger cymbals (zills), and short dance routines. For any age, height, or weight, it's a great way to stretch and tone Egyptian style. No previous dance training is required. Proper attire for class is comfortable exercise clothing.
